神部龍章の部屋のショップコーナーで販売している商品は、すべてインターネット上での閲覧/ダウンロードを行うことでご利用いただく教材です。一度、ご購入いただいたものにつきましては、お客様のご都合による返品はご遠慮願います。お客様のご都合による返金対応は一切いたしませんので、予めご了承の上、ご利用願います。
なお、システム上の不具合で、入金されたにもかかわらず、閲覧/ダウンロードができない場合に限り、メニューの「お問い合わせ」ページよりご連絡してください。この場合は、適宜の方法にて誠実に対応いたします。
